Ambulatory Dental Anesthesia was founded on a simple idea: patients should never have to choose between dental care they need and the comfort of a setting they trust. We bring hospital-trained anesthesia into private dental practices across New York City.

Lead anesthesiologist
Dr. Khan earned his D.D.S. from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1988, followed by a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Valley Medical Center in Fresno.
He completed a two-year anesthesiology residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, caring for more than two thousand patients across thoracic, vascular, abdominal, orthopedic, pediatric, obstetric, trauma, ambulatory, and neurosurgical cases — including peripheral nerve blocks. In his second year he served as senior resident, supervising in-house and on-call rotations and mentoring junior residents.
In private practice, Dr. Khan's calm bedside manner and his depth of anesthesiology experience have made him a trusted partner to dentists and their patients alike. Safety and comfort, side by side.
